Attention to detail, fresh ingredients and a solid culinary background is what makes his food successful. Chef CT has a bachelors degree in business from Penn State and an associates degree in culinary arts. He has worked at great restaurants such as Dettera under renowned Chef Jeff Power. What was once a crazy idea and a love for smoking meats suddenly erupted into Smokey Bandit Barbecue and we have no intention of looking back! We look forward to entertaining your taste buds for a long time!
